  2. You heard the story on this movie right? For some reason or not, Cusack didn't think it was going to be a screwball comedy. So while they were making One Crazy Summer, Steve Holland screened a cut of it for the cast and crew. Cusack was completely pissed. That is until it was a fan favorite.

I think Moviezzz posted about it a while back.

    Yeah, it's a classic.

  3. Thanks for the plug, Piper. I have the story at:

And Cusack STILL hates the film. He refuses to talk about it.

    Love the film.

  4. No problem Moviezzz,

I didn't know he still hated the movie. If I didn't like the guy so much, I might call him a dumbass for not liking this movie.

Alright, I'll call him a dumbass anyway.

    Cusack is a dumbass.

  5. I could recite this film in my sleep.

I couldn't stop smiling when I saw that picture and thanks for extra info in the comments, I really didn't know that was how Cusack thought it was going to turn out and that he still hates it. How could he? It's wonderful.

    I second the dumbass.

  8. Great movie. A writer on my blog wrote an article that listed "Better Off Dead" as the best movie that featured the sport of skiing. I tend to agree.

  9. Coop,

He may be right. But let's not forget Hotdog: The Movie.

So what's your blog? I can't seem to get it through your ID.
