The Long Lost Art Of Disney
There's always been an incredible design associated with Disney. And unfortunately, some of that has gone by the waist-side in order to make everything visually appealing to the common-man, which I guess has no artistic side to speak of judging by the more recent Disney posters. But there was a time when some of the best design around was happening with the Disney brand. Along with my house that I would love to fill with my favorite movie posters, I would also love to fill it with these old park posters. Each one advertised a specific ride and each one possessed its own unique style.

Astrojet was always my favorite, I loved being able to control it. There was a unique charm to the old Tomorrow Land, I don't like the new design. The Bobsled and Jungle Ride posters are the best, I would love to own those.
I love the Matterhorn and Monorail posters.
You must be a mole for Disney, because you're really making me want to go to Disneyland. At the same time, though, you're making me upset, becuase it changes all the time (how could they get rid of the Skyway?!?).
By the way, I had forgotten the name of the Skyway and had to look it up. Found the answer on a great site: http://www.yesterland.com/
Thanks for these pictures, P. I was forgetting...
Wow...
When I saw those tea cups on the Dumbo poster I instantly felt nauseas.
When I first saw the Jungle River poster I thought it said Jungle FEVER. What a ride that would be!
And is it me, or does that little dude in the Autopia poster have a mustache. I can't tell if it's a father and son or a gay couple. Either way, it makes me miss that car ride.
How to choose a suitable target in cable and the cabal online alz? You should compensate him by giving him some cabal alz.
